About Us

Caledon Group was incorporated in 2023 by founders David Whitaker, Andrew Cross and Paul Davies looking to leverage their many year’s experience in the UK general insurance market.

In July 2024 the Group was pleased to announce the acquisition of travel insurance specialist Voyager Insurance Services Ltd  and insurance holding company Somerville Group Ltd.

In June 2025 Voyager Insurance Services Ltd. was renamed Caledon MGA Ltd with Voyager Insurance Services retained as a key trading style.
